“I have worked with Mako since 2022 as General Manager, which has been a unique experience for me, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.

From the first day I was given this opportunity, the trust placed in me for this project and the leadership I have had confirm that I am in the right place. I have gained a vision for the future and teamwork, which has strengthened my performance, with clear goals and continuous support. The objectives are clear: to be the number one gold production company in the country, without compromising the safety of our staff.

Learning about this mining area would never have been possible without the proper guidance of our leaders, people with extensive knowledge who have been able to transmit it in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which has allowed me to make the right decisions at the right times. The results show that constant communication is the key to our success.

Personally, I am grateful to Mako because it has encouraged me, surrounded me with extraordinary people, and made me feel at home. Being here has meant expanding my knowledge, improving myself, becoming an individual with a stable mining career, and above all, making me feel that I am part of a unique family that cares about each individual. I feel part of a whole, of a possible collective dream, and of a tangible successful future.
